After a strong 2012, there's no time to rest. We're gearing up our efforts for a series of special elections on May 21, 2013 for two amazing labor leaders: Lorena Gonzalez and Myrtle Cole. Join us for phone banks every Monday through Thursday evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to get out the vote!

Our work in the community continues through a variety of service opportunities and our A Better San Diego community alliance.

We are working to strengthen our local economy, put local people back to work, and provide every San Diegan with the opportunity to create a better life for themselves and their families.

A Better San Diego hosts a Breakfast Forum on a variety of economic issues on the 3rd Friday of every month at 8:00 a.m. Visit abettersandiego.org to find out the topic and location of this month's breakfast forum.

We always have volunteer opportunities at the Labor Council office, come by any time and we'll keep you busy!
