LABOR COUNCIL YOUTH BUILD

Labor Council Youth Build provides students with the opportunity to:
- Learn today's construction skills
- Receive paid on the job training
- Obtain your HS Diploma or GED
- Receive state-recognized industry certifications
Courses
Labor Council Youth Build courses start quarterly and are 9 to 12 months with a rotating schedule of 2 weeks of work and 2 weeks of school. Students are taught directly from the Building Trades Multi-Craft Core Curriculum. Classes are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Students are paid for participation and can earn extra money for meeting monthly goals!
Eligibility
Eligible particpants are 18 to 24 years old, legal residents, and do not have a high school diploma (Participants with a GED may be accepted).
