The Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice of San Diego County celebrated the Labor Movement at its Annual Voices for Justice Benefit Breakfast on Nov. 19.

This year the ICWJ honored workers from each of its solidarity campaigns along with Labor’s very own Camille Zombro, President of the San Diego Education Association.

Also honored this year were the Reverends Mary Moreno Richardson and Scott Richardson of St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral and the Social Justice Ministry Team from the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego.

The event brought together over 600 faith leaders, elected officials, union members and leaders, and community allies to celebrate victories for working families in San Diego County.

For additional information on next year’s event, please contact Darren Snapper at 619-584-5740 x 28 or Voices4Justice@ICWJ.org, or log on to www.ICWJ.org.
