Channel 10 employees have been trying to negotiate a fair contract since January 2006
- The NLRB has upheld charges that Channel 10
- Threatened and intimidated employees including a Union officer
- Installed and used surveillance cameras without negotiating with the Union
- Interfered with lawful hand billing activity.
- Channel 10 refuses to negotiate a fair contract
- Turn off Channel 10
