After over two years without a contract, and five strikes, the University of CA continues to refuse to bargain in good faith. Find out more and take more actions here: afscme3299.org/our-fight

4. UNIONIZE. Strengthen your union. Build true working class power. Voting is not power and voting will not save us. Organized people is power and how we change this world. In workplaces, that means unions. Right now the rich, the wealthy, the billionaires, the capitalists have enormous power; the working class needs to build true power to counter it so we can mold our world to be for the working class instead of for the wealthy while we all get scraps. So, if your workplace isn’t unionized, take a step today to unionize. If you’re already in a union, take a step today toward more participation and bring a coworker with you, because a strong union is one where its workers all participate.
